Don't take this as me coming down on you. Just take it for what it's worth.

Having the professional gear and doing what others tell you to online does not equate to a professional job. It takes a lot of experience to get a true swirl free finish that's not just filler.

You need to keep at it and try different pad and polish combos and methods.

Sounds like you need another step in there. If you're using the Menzerna SIP, you'll likely need a light polish prior to using a finishing polish.
Basically if you're seeing more of a fine haze rather than swirls, it's because the last polish you used isn't able to take out the marring that SIP put into the finish. On the flip side, if you're seeing swirls and scratches that just didn't come out all the way, you may need to go over things with SIP again. Its not uncommon to need multiple passes with a heavy polish/compound if the car's finish has never been polished out before. Hope this helps, and remember to post pics next time - much easier to help someone if we can see for ourselves
