Questions about brake pad sensors

I'm planning on swapping my rotors, pads, pad sensors, and fluid in a couple weeks. My brake life service warning is NOT on. If I replace the sensors, do I need to also reset the brake life monitor?

From what I understand, the brake life monitor is only an on/off type of deal, it can only tell when the pads are overly worn instead of indicating exactly how worn. Since my sensors haven't tripped yet, I would imagine I can just replace the sensors and not worry about resetting anything. The computer doesn't car if they are new or not, as long as the sensors haven't worn down to the point of tripping the monitor.

Anyone know for sure?

If you are replacing everything as stated, you probably need to reset the cpu as well for both brake pads sensors and the brake fluid.
