Upgrading Business Navi to Professional

Hi all,

I have a 2011 BMW 325i M Sport. The car came with the business navigation but I am interested to know if anyone changed their business with a professional one and if so where did they do it and if there are any risks involved.
Do BMW offer this option or am I better off buying the unit myself online and then have it installed at my local car service?

I live in London, UK.
