How about Jet Anthracite??

It is slightly darker than regular gunmetal, and with a matte finish.

Here is Jet Anthracite on the left, and regular gunmetal on the right

Matte black V701's sure do look good too

Jet anthracite all the way. Because with matte black, your wheels look weird when you apply armour all to the tires.

I'm debating similar color wheels on my BSM E92...

The Jet Anthracite finish is amazing in person.
I'm leaning towards that at the moment.

But then I consider this as well... Since I've done matte black throughout the car already..

What to do... haha

If you're going to murder the car (black tint, blacked out trim on everything not black, tinted tails, etc), matte black. Otherwise, go with the gray. Matte black looks great when your car, tires and wheels are super clean, but once it gets a little dirty, which will happen almost instantly , I've never liked the look that results...

VMR's matte black isn't that matte.
Its certainly not glossy, but it still reflects light to some degree.

Very true, it's closer to a satin finish.

I'd definitely go with the 701's they are a great wheel! Since you car is black any of the two options would be good!

Here is a comparison shot between standard matte black, and the texture black powder coat:

Not with the correct offsets, 19x8.5 ET35 and 19x9.5 ET33 front and rear for the V701. 19x8.5 ET40 and 19x9.5 ET33 for the VB3 CSL both with 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 tires.
