Anyone have a 10 and 15mm spacer with bolts I can borrow for a few minutes of test fitting? Not going to drive with it just for flush fit. Either pick up today somewhere or meet at speed element at 11 or 12 tmrw, thanks.

I'd rather put some money aside and get a 6MT 335i in 6 months than spend a ton of money doing a tranny swap.

+1

Buying a manual you wouldn't know the true condition of it, so at least with a tranny swap you know everything is good because you know what exactly is being put into it.

But people got different opinions.

How much would a transmission swap even cost?

Marvin will tell us that if he goes through with the tranny swap, but i'm ball parking it to be around $3000 labor. I don't know how much for the parts.

Hey all, so as I made my way back to work from lunch one of my coworkers said I was dragging something under my car, so I looked under hoping it was some trash and it was this, I cut it off when I got home and it looks like it's a mudflap. I'm guessing it's to provide the fuel tank some extra protection from debris, I know the cause of the damage. There is a part number on there but nothing seems to come up on Pelican Parts and realOEM is a pain for finer bits of the car and I've had no luck. Anybody at all familiar with this so I get this on order and perform a DIY, I don't think it's very expensive at all, but if it is, the USAF will have to pick up this Sailor's bill.
