30ff, most culprits checked out, need clarification on a few things

Hi all

Been dealing with a stubborn 30ff issue, tested a bunch of smaller things, including many forum suggestions i found while searching. Need some clarification/guidance here.

I unplugged the top lines from the canisters during idle, verified the wooshing of the vacuum.

I'm trying to vac test the boost solenoids with a vacuum meter, i routed hoses exactly as seen in BMS' video

On idle, my car doesnt build a vacuum unless i pinch the hose between the wastegate to solenoid connection here:

When pinched, the vacuum builds to 25 and holds. Does this mean the solenoid is busted? I'm a bit confused viewing the conclusions of the different videos online
