BMW 320d M Sport Mods

Hi guys. I have just joined the forum but have been reading for a wee while now. I am a Scottish guy living and working in Turkey. I have just purchased a brand new 2010 white 320d M Sport saloon. I am coming from a wee Audi A3 1.4 TFSi so I cannot wait to get into my new car.

I have got some mods planned for my car but am hoping that you can give me some pointers on how to go about improving the look of my car. First of all, in Turkey the M Sport cars come without M Sport suspension as Turks don't like the harsh ride they give. So, I have decided to buy some H&R springs. I notice there are 2 kinds...Sport and Super Sport. Am I better off going with the Sport springs? I don't want the car to look boy racerish low. Just enough to give it a nice stance. Has anybody fitted these springs to their car?

Also, I have ordered 19'' CSL replicas from a company in Istanbul. I just gave the company the sizes of the 19'' BMW M Sport wheel from the BMW website. Was I right in doing this? Do I need to worry about ET or anything if I gave the right sizes?

My last mod involves cutting the singal oval exhaust pipe and replacing it with nice double polished tips. Am I correct in saying that the exhausts have to be staggered in order to suit the flow of the bumper?

Guys if anybody can provide me with some pics related to any of the above I would be much obliged. I hope I can contribute to the forum as times goes on and I look forward to talking with you on all that is BMW.

If the car you got is one of the new LCI models then the offsets are slightly different for the rear, if I am not mistaken, as one member here bought CSL reps that was suppose to be for a E90 but he had an LCI and the rears were rubbing. So I think you should get the right offsets for an LCI msport wheels... I miss Turkey Home.... aahhhh you

Cheers mate. The sizes I gave the wheel guy in Istanbul are taken from the BMW website so I think I should be ok. Thanks for your help.

Thanks. Believe it or not I haven't even test drove the car yet. The decision was made purely on what has been said about the car in the motoring journals. Is it really all it is cracked up to be?
