Chicagoland - Good bodyshop?
I'm thinking of grabbing an Aero lip and was wondering if anyone in the Chicago area has had any good experiences with local body shops? I'm potentially going to need the piece painted and installed.
On a side note, if anyone has any Monaco Blue (e92) items that they are parting, PM my way! I'm a proud new e92 owner and I look forward to meeting up with the rest of the BMW crew in the Midwest. |

Thanks for all the responses. I'll have to check out IND's prices and see if things will work out. After driving only two weeks in the city the coupe, I can only imagine how many dings I'll have on the lip.

i had a fender bender and westmont body werks did a FANTASTIC job on my 335i. i looked at the new paint under UV, fluorescent, sunlight, sunset, anything i could, and couldn't tell that a panel had been replaced and repainted.
Ask for Todd, he's great. |

Keep em coming guys. I actually almost got my new car from there... it was down to whether I wanted an e93 or e92 for Chicago weather. But they were pretty good at customer service, just couldn't meet my price target.
I met a guy named Viga there. He has either a space grey or sparkling graphite with full AC kit for sale. He seemed to know his stuff when I started talking about mods with him. |

Yea, he showed me it when I was waiting on the dealers. Pretty hot stuff. I was surprised to see that his old 335 was auto though. He said he tracked it.

A&L for sure.
Just finished my Mtech kit and it came out flawless! Plus they did the aero lip, trunk, diffusor, etc on my old 335i. I practically live there!
