Body part/kit ideas for 2007 335i vert.

I am picking up a wrecked 2007 335i convertible tomorrow and I will need a hood, front bumper, headlights and a whole paint job. I am going to go ahead and upgrade the whole body with a more aggressive style. I am looking for suggestions (and photos if you have them) of newer, more stylish add-ons such as M3 or newer year style front/rear bumpers, side skirts, etc. I am not sure what year range I have to stay in for parts to fit. I think I am safe 2007-2011 correct?

You can't put lci parts on a pre-lci unless they specifically state it will fit a pre-lci.

I'd look into m3 bumpers front & rear, m3 front quarter panels & m3 side skirts. An m3 hood for a pre-lci will be hard to come by in metal. Easy to come by in carbon fiber. I don't know if you can paint the carbon fiber hood to any color you want or not..

...but, if he's already replacing hood, bumper, headlights...what's a couple of fenders, as well?

Yes, I can just do the fenders as well if I find the right donor car. I just wanted to know if the 2011 parts would fit my 2007. They look the same from doors back besides bumpers but was not sure if they changed the doors slightly. I need a radiator support as well so I can get an M3 one if I need it to fit an M3 bumper, etc.

One more question. I see the "Duraflex" bumpers and other parts on e-Bay. Anybody have experience with them? I know how to prep, prime and paint. Is "FRP" the same material as stock bumpers or is it stiffer, thinner, etc.?

One more thing. All the newer bumpers come with parking sensor holes but I don't have parking sensors. Will aftermarket ones be larger so I can drill the holes a little bit larger or will they be too small? Basically does anyone know the size the hole is for BMW parking sensors? I would rather use them than fill them and just get an aftermarket beeping sensor kit.
