Will it rub or look bad?

For a winter set on 2011 328i e90 using wheels from 5 series F10 (OEM has 10 spoke vs proposed has 5 spoke).

OEM 34 offset with 225/45R17 tires, proposed Offset 29 with tire 225/55R17? Both rims 8” width.

Width and offset are fine, but the tire is way taller, about 3" in diameter. Likely to rub on inner tops of fender liners, and your speedo will be off by quite a bit.
