Will This VB3 Config Work for my E90?

Mine is a e90 with factory suspension ( no drop ). I have got an offer for a set of VB3 with the following offset:

F 19"x8.5 R 19"x9.5

Will this config work for my car ? As the seller won't be able to let me test so would like to ask your experience before further considerations.

those arent offsets, those are rim diameters X rim widths
you need to get the offsets (expressed as ETXX) before anyone can tell you if they fit.

If they are 8.5 +40 front and 9.5" +33 rear, then you are good to go! Are they coming with tires? If so, what are the specs?
