I know this issue has been posted so many times now but i just want to get opinion for my own issue (sounds selfish i know, sorry : ). Please bare with me im new to all this stuff. Thanks.
So my poor poor car hasn't been running due that no start/crank/power issue that i tried to figured out but no dice. Posted the "sign" that i have been having. Hopefully the vid/image link works.

Thats under the glove box/fuses. Im not sure it that "wet" residue is normal.

At this point, any opinions is so much appreciated before i give up and take it to "some" shop.
