Adaptive headlights acting weird when on Auto

Hello guys, I have an e91 LCI with adaptive headlights and I have the following issue. When I put the lights on auto and start the car it switches my lights on and off (1 sec they stay on 1 sec off and repeat also the light from auto button does the same) with no errors on bord. I had a check light issue, changed the bulb and now the error is gone(rear brake light + one cornering light right side), thinking that this was the issue but no it keeps doing the same thing when on auto. When I turn on my headlights manually it works perfectly fine, no issue at all, also i see my xenon moving so everything fine here. This issue dissapears after the engine has run for like 5-10 minutes and everything seems to be running normally(cornering also ok). Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
