Going to build an M Sport clone with it and add the 3 stage IM & tune.

If you go to the dealer website you have to finance the car through them & trade a 2005 or newer car to get the $9500 price. So a bit of a typical dealer scam if you adk me but could work for the right person.

Was in touch with the dealer. Carfax is clean. Mileage accurate. Wouldn't allow me to get an outside PPI or even take a deposit. Pictures I received were blurry but it looked good

If anyone is in the area and wants to check it out for me....

Edit based on edit above. Price was raised to 9.5k. The finance and lease disclaimer didn't seem to apply. Was offered $10k out the door plus tag if paying cash. I still think there must be something shady going on here.

From my experience, the closer to Miami, the more fearful I am of cars. There's a LOT of shady people and dealers down that way. My two worst car purchases (2010 X5M and my 2006 Mini Cooper S) both came from right around Fort Lauderdale...

Now, I know that's a generalization, but I would be wary. I'm sorry I'm not home right now or I'd go check it out for you. I live about an hour from there. I'm currently at sea working (marine engineer transporting oil).

DEFINITELY get a thorough PPI and if they won't allow it, walk away. Aside from mileage, it appears to be a pretty basic spec, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it!

Beautiful spec! One of my favorite color combos for sure. I also appreciate the use of the wagon for lumber duty. I use mine the same. As for crossbars, I went with OEM because I'm just an OEM guy, and yeah, they do sit kind of high, but I know that I have no concerns opening the roof with stuff on top. I would think all of them consider that, but I don't know. I just prefer OEM because I know it'll be a quality product with perfect fit.

Hi -

I have a 2006 325xi for sale that i have nursed back to health that i no longer need. Ill try and list everything about it here. car is located in western ny.

new engine installed with 106,521 miles around 5,000 miles ago, the motor has 111,000 miles on it in the car now. and the body has 211,000 miles on it. that will change as i occasionally drive the car.

with the new engine a new 330i clutch and single mass flywheel was installed as well as a power steering rack. the car has the n52 3 stage intake manifold and cerakoted headers installed with the BPC tune as well. All of this was done by a local european car shop. The car is also tuned to be RWD right now but can have the AWD turned on and off with an app that i can transfer ownership with the car. it also has a set of bilstein shocks installed.

as for issues with the car -

one of the headlights is fogged, but i can include a set of aftermarket halo headlights with it that i purchased used but never installed.

the batter could be replaced as if its not driven for a week it will be low enough to need to be jumped every once in a while.

the drivers side mirror has the flip back forward when unfolding, but you can stop it with your hand to the correct position.

the drivers power adjustment seat works sometimes and sometimes it doesnt.

car also comes with a seat of nokian studded winter tires on bbs wheels.

Ive had a lot of work done to this car to get it back up to speed but am not looking to take it any further, id say very much on the way there. the car will be sold as is and should be bought by someone whos looking for a good reliable running project to keep working on. im happy to answer any questions people have. im looking to get $6,000 OBO for it.

I also have a gen 1 ESS supercharger kit for the N52 with 15kmiles that i can sell or include with the sale for more. It was never installed on the car, purchased to be installed but never got around to it.
