Beware Jr67 & siklobec38

Hopefully this isn't frowned upon - just trying to help the next person.

Within five hours of me posting a "willing to buy" WTB post in the turbocharged exhaust classifieds looking for an e90 M Performance Exhaust, both users Jr67 and siklobec38 sent me separate, direct messages saying they would sell the exhaust and ship it to me. I asked for pictures, and both used the exact picture from a prior classified listing from this forum in January 2019. Both users appear to be relatively new accounts.

siklobec38 used a 971 area-code
Jr67 used a 516 area-code

Glad I had extra coffee today . . . that could have sucked.

I had that twat "siklobec38" w/a Portland Oregon area code reach out to me as well regarding my WTB 513 wheels thread and same ole scenario of only zelle.

Just had another scammer (odxma87) from Portland (971 area code) contact me about a set of 513's. Same thing, will only accept Zelle and was willing to take half payment until the 513's arrive.lol This POS just joined as well and their pattern is to comment on some threads, just like (siklobec38) to make it look as though they are enthusiasts.

Buyers beware as the scamming scum are out in full force as of late.

Another scammer today regarding my WTB 513's (JohnBm3), will only accept Zelle and has the same photos as the previous scammer. Same pattern w/interaction on the site, Spokane Washington number but says he lives in Cali.

This forum is littered w/these Richards.

Also had JohnBm3 - probably a bit easier to scam someone who is hoping to buy (WTB).
