VTT upgraded PCV valve install question
While doing the valve cover gasket I also decided to upgrade to Vargas Technologies PCV valve but I am having some fitment issues. ≈
Here is OEM one on top and VTT at bottom OEM sits nice and flush inside the cap But VTT one does not. Do I need to trim the 4x tabs on the cap? I’m hesitant to do any permanent modifications and wanted to seek opinions. I did do a search and didn’t get any hits and apologize if this has been discussed before. Thanks |

Typically you need to file the 4 tabs down on the cover. Depends on the PCV valve and what company makes it
