Bought an ASUS PG35VQ a couple weeks back at MicroCenter as they have them for $2,300. I never thought I'd say it, but it's worth every penny. You have to see 3440x1440 maxed out with full HDR at 144hz to appreciate it. Unreal!
I have a pair of 2080ti's to run it which is about the minimum, can't wait for some better cards in the future to be able to take even better advantage of the monitor. |

Nothing crazy, more of a 3d modeling rig than a gaming rig nowadays. Now that I have a VR headset, it'll get used more though.
Specs: Fractal Design Meshify C, tinted side Ryzen R5 2600 Radeon VII ASUS B350F Gaming TeamGroup TForce 16gb RAM Toshiba RC100 NVMe SSD 2 TB of random HDD's Cooler Master MasterLiquid Lite 120 Ball ton of BeQuiet Fans Also, if anyone is interested in the vertical GPU setup, I designed and printed them. I threw the STL files up on Thingiverse, so you can print your own too. Surprisingly stable, and super super simple. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3688022 Last edited by Conissah; 12-06-2019 at 09:24 AM.. Reason: Editing for specs |

7nm architecture is cool stuff though, should be the limitation (or very very close) for silicon, so we will see what comes of it. |

Right, my rig is live and worx very fine. I had to add a Soundblaster Audigy FX, caused by the boring Realtek Soundmodule of the board.

Picked up an EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 XC Hybrid. The built in watercooler is pretty awesome even though it's only shoved into a corner of the case.
My i7-7700K is still working fine after all these years. |

Just finished upgrading my desktop gaming machine a week ago. Upgrades included an ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Hero (WiFi) mobo, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-core CPU, Dell AW2721D 4K monitor, ASRock Radeon RX 6900 XT Phantom OC Edition.
It rocks. ![]()

Nothing monster, just a 9700k and a 3080 and some Noctua magic to keep it silent
Funny thing is that it is now the 4k living room rig and the old one hooked up to 3 monitors in my "office" that sits 2 feet away from me is the loud one with the AIOs
