**Calling all Forgestar F14 owners!**

First off no vendor posts please!!

I am asking actual owners of these wheels of there experiences with them.

Does any F14 owners have any issues with bent wheels or the finish chipping? I've seen one other post here saying that the wheels bent easily for him and a porsche owner said his finish started to chipped off around the valve stem area after 2 months. In his case forgestar is covering the defect which is a good sign.

Post some pics up if you guys can.

Alan

I've heard that they had issues with the coating, but that it is resolved. I have a set on order. I am assuming that the gunmetal finish has been discontinued for a reason. I ordered a set of staggered 19's for a non-BMW. I honestly can't wait. I'm very happy I ordered when I did. It's almost winter here, so if it takes 8-10 weeks, so be it (I hope to heck it doesn't take that long). I just want a good wheel. Most people seem pretty happy once they get them.

oh no, its a GREAT WHEEL, just the company behind it is lacking in experience. as for shipping time it might even be longer..but hopefully not. when these become stocked on shelves, i will pick them up. but for now, LC's will do just fine.

I thought I heard they are a sub company of iForged?? Doesn't help their rep much even if they are because iForged has had their share of public drama before but they should atleast know how to make wheels. Who knows...

RevC - did they not fix your issue with the wrong bolt pattern sent to you on one rim? Not sure if it was you or sombody else waiting for there f14s

I have them and they're great wheels. No chipping or bending, and I've gone over some really rough roads in the last week. I bought mine from Eric@PYSpeed and got them shipped in about only a month.

I got my wheels mounted about a month ago now, and I havent had any problems. Roads are getting pretty bad here in PA so I am definitely very cautious when it comes to potholes. Not that I think they are prone to bending, I would just rather be safe than sorry. When it comes to the finish... I got gunmetal before I heard of any issues they were having, but so far so good. Im getting ready to take them off for winter so I probably wouldnt be able to give you a 2 or 3 month update till spring. Hope this helps man... ohh and heres a link to some pics.
