3 series squealing noise - not belt-related

My 2011 3 series is baffling me. I'm not sure which of these details are relevant, so I'll include all of them, just in case. (BTW, I've read every existing thread I can find on this but haven't found an answer.)

Shortly after an oil change, vehicle started making a loud squealing noise while idling, CEL came on and it threw a P0015 code.

Noise only starts after driving for about 20 minutes and then coming to a stop. While idling, RPM's will tick up a few hundred and squealing starts.

If I turn engine off and back on, noise will go away for a while.

Noise coming from front of engine. Replaced serpentine belt, harmonic balancer and tensioner. No effect.

Any ideas?

Could be a pulley making that noise

Does this seem to match your issue?

I am having the same issue. pretty sure it is the ccv. I will be contacting the dealer to see if it will be covered under the sulev warranty.
