e92 335i (N54) 30FF, 3100, 2A87

This is only my second post, but is an update (kinda) to my last post. Also to make one thing clear I do not have a code scanner personally but have access to a good bmw + porsche specialist who scans for me at no charge. Anyways, about 2 weeks ago I was dealing with a 30FF, a 2A87, a 3100 (limp mode), and a code for my bank 2 O2 sensor. I was also experiencing a weird rattle *(still unknown)* in 1st and 2nd gear when I was >2500rpms and >25% throttle. *I ALSO HAD A PRETTY BAD WASTEGATE RATTLE*. I have a third party warranty that was given to me for free when I purchased the car, so i wasn't very hesitant when it came to trusting my shop on what should be done (as it would be covered). What they ended up suggesting was a *wastegate adjustment*, a new exhaust gasket + bolts (which would obviously be needed after getting at the wastegates), a replacement of the faulty O2 sensor, and I determined I needed to change my oil (using liqui moly) as it had been around 4500 miles. They determined that I wouldn't have to do anything with the vanos solenoids (which I believed was definitely the issue with 30FF being paired with the 2A87), because the liqui moly would aid in cleaning them (?). Anyways, vac test was good, chargepipe was good, and there didn't seem to possibly be any sort of boost leak, so they went ahead with the suggested solution. Just three days ago I got my car back and wastegate rattle is gone, and you can definitely notice a gain in power. Car was driving great other than that weird rattle had persisted (described above), and car threw itself into limp mode again after an upshift to 4th under wot. *Also my shop noticed that both my front and rear differential were noisy, but were positive that it isn't what's causing any of my issues... Any help or advice is greatly appreciated if anyone knows what could be going on. Thanks
