Headlight troubleshooting

I have a 2010 335i and I am having issues with the headlights.

Is there any kind of troubleshooting guide out there for these headlights?

Basically. I only have Xenon low beams working. The right low beam was out when I got the car, so I had to reset the short count for that headlight to get it to work once the bulb was replaced.

Car is supposed to have AHL, so I get errors for the stepper motors and cornering lights. I also do not appear to have DRLs working and have no angel eye rings light up. Other thing is that is seems there are no high beams. Pulling back on the stalk does not seem to do anything.

Is there anything that would cause all of these things to not work at the same time? I pulled the H8 bulbs to check them and have no voltage at the connector even with the car running and headlights in the on Position.

I have a set of 2011 328i Halogen headlights I am considering downgrading to if I cannot figure out what is wrong with these.

For a quick test I plugged in the halogen lights. I had low and high beams but still no Angel Eyes.

I played with Coding and turned on license plate lights with DRL and that works, but no idea why I can't get anything to work up front.

I'd start checking fuses but I have no clue about DRL specific fuse number to look at.

I tested each bulb individually and confirmed they are all good.

It appears the replacement FRM3 that was installed in the car does not support these headlights. I am waiting for another FRM module to confirm 100% this is my issue.
