BMW performance steering wheel

Because of the extra electronics with this wheel, would you guys recommend going to the stealership to have it installed? With the Mtech steering wheel, I would consider doing the install myself. But, I am not sure about this one. Please advise. Thanks.

With some electronic installation experience, patience and basic tools, I would recommend you do the install yourself.

However, if you lack a basic understanding of electronic connections, or you are not good with installs in general, I would try to find someone in your area who could help. Dealership installs should be down on the list.

If you would consider installing a a non-electronic wheel (very easy), my guess is that you can do it yourself.

Dealer rates can be a bit high, we've installed quite a few of these wheels on M3s and 135s.

Since you're local: Give me a call and we'll get you scheduled in, the job can be done while you wait.
