weird thing happened to my ccc system

Another problem with the problematic e90.

Today I’ve came across a new problem, my I drive screen which runs ccc freezes when I turn on the ignition or turn on the car, it’s really annoying because I can’t blast music through the speakers or anything
And when I put my key fob in, the idrive works fine but when
I turn on the ignition it freezes
Has anyone got a solution for the problem?
I can take a video of it if anyone asks for it
