they will but seat modules should be replaced, but i can try to source some of them too

Stupid question. I have heated seats in my e92 already (OEM from factory cold weather package). I am looking to purchase recaros. Can I use some of what is included to retrofit these into aftermarket seats?

under recaros you mean bmw e9x sport seat or special track RECARO carbon seat(AKA BMW Performance seat ) ?

not easy, you have to remove trims from seat and disassemble them to put mat between foam and leather
