Condensation in Fog Lights Casued By LED?

Hey everyone!

So about a year ago, i replaced my previous LED H11s with another set. I remember that shortly after, my fog lights started having a lot of condensation, and even one of them had a whole puddle of water inside. Last week, i removed my fogs again and sanded them, then sprayed some clear coat on and they look amazing now. After drying and everything, i put a new set of LEDs thinking that the larger and thicker silicone grommet would help keep water out better, but today it rained and both my fogs have condensation inside. I am wondering if anyone else had the same issue where the fog light is fine but the LEDs (with the fan in the back) are causing the water to come in, or is it the fog lights that need to be replaced?

Thanks.

And btw, after the first led replacement, my fog lights were good. It's just after the 3rd and 4th replacements that i started getting condensation in my fogs.

One more update, whenever it rains, condensation only takes place in both fog lights now, instead of water like it used to with the old leds (new ones have better grommets). I'm assuming the led isn't warm enough and causing condensation to occur?

I have condensation on my left fog light. I heard it might be the rubber seal is not properly sealed and water goes through the small puncture.

Condensation is almost always the seal (or lack thereof). You also sure you don't have a hairline crack somewhere?
