1. Go to realoem.com
2. Click on "Click here to enter BMW catalog" 3. Enter last 7 digits of your vin in the "Serial Number" filed and click "Search" next to it. 4. Details associated with your vin will populate the tables below. 5. Scroll tot he bottom and click on "Browse Parts" 6. Click on "Brakes" 7. Scroll down to "Control Systems" and Select "Hydro Unit DSC" 8. Select the number that corresponds to the unit and scroll down to view the part number. 9. Click on the part number and then you will get details of previous revisions, and if they are exchangeable with one another. It will also show you other bmw models that use the same unit at the bottom. |

just tried doing that but it shows me completely different part numbers, so either im doing sth wrong or realoem is broken, the former is most likely. I've been given this part number and wondering if its compatible with my car. part number:6774931 upon entering onto realoem it shows no result for this part. |

As mentioned in the post above, the latest part number is 34512460433 At the bottom you can see the chassis' that share the same unit. If you click on the chassis if will tell you the models that use that unit. Make sure that the unit they are selling you has one of the part numbers listed under "Supersedes" |
