I don't know how cold it gets where you are, or what the temp rating of the summer washer fluid is, but I know this... you don't want the washer fluid to freeze!!! Once that happens, the only way to fix it is to thaw it and replace the fluid. This happened to me once -- I used a diluted mix of washer fluid and water and forgot to switch when winter arrived -- and I had to bring the vehicle indoors to thaw the frozen lines. If you think there's any chance of that happening, I'd drain the summer fluid into a separate container and use winter fluid. It's a small amount of work that's may be well worth the time spent.

I dont really think there is summer or winter windshield washer fluid, unless you diluted the fluid with more water. The washer fluid contians a certain amount of alcohol, in some washer fluids anyway and some contain a type of anti freeze washer fluid. So i would just fill it up with some new washer fluid, either being BMW brand or auto parts store brand they would have something for winter and it should be fine. Whatever is left in your windshield washer tank now just top it off with the new fluid.

I would use a siphon to drain the fluid, which is probably the easiest and least expensive way to do it.

this would be also an option but more expensive, cos to buy siphon more expensive then to buy washer fluid

p.s i called to my BMW dealer, so they said that its a summer fluid, and it should be changed to a winter fluid, or like GhOsT_E90 said to fill on top some winter fluid

I would lend you my siphon but it's a bit of a drive... topping it off with winter fluid should be fine. It doesn't sound like you've ever filled the tank with water.

I would be careful about leaving the washer tank empty. The E9x uses the same/similiar pump style as the E46. These things are not very robust to begin with. There is a rubber seal that seats between the pump and the container than can dry out and crack. Lso the pump itself doesnt seem to respond well to being left out to dry/ The one saving grace on the E46 is that it is/was easy to get to in order to replace. Doesnt look so easy on the E9x...
