Nav systems - Canadian coverage

What nav systems do you guys use - be in built-in or mobile? How good is your maps coverage?
They all vary in Canadian maps coverage, so please share your experience.

I got ASUS a636m PDA with Destinator 6. I'm new to Montreal, so I use GPS quite a lot. Works very well, but when I enter inner city maps appear to be seriously outdated...

I use TomTom right now and it is fine. The only negative is that the unit does not have the latest map and it will cost money to get one. I wonder whether other makes come with compilmentry update.

My new E93 will have NAV built in.
