Blacklines Fitted & Quick question?!

Here is a before and after of my car with blacklines installed, stunned with the results, makes such a difference and possibly the easiest modification possible, 15mins!!!

My question is regarding CD player install, i have looked around and have aquired the ISO adapter and dont know where to take the live from, does anyone know a sure place to take the live off safely and easily replaceable?

You need to take the permanent from the battery really, just about all the other 12v signals will shut down after 15 minutes of the car being locked, it goes to sleep.
You can get 12v permanent from the fuse box too, but they may not have enough current to take it without blowing a fuse, so battery is best.

What head unit is it??

You will need to get 12v switched as well btw, most people fit a can bus adapter for this, but you can get it from the ciggy lighter.

Was thinking of the alpine head unit but got like £2k worth of sound stuff sitting doing nothing in the house, trying to put a use to it, if it goes in her punto it will blow the back window out!!

Just be aware that you will either need to keep the head unit hooked up, well power and can bus if nothing else, or be able to put it back in the car when it goes into the dealer.
If it is missing they can't diagnose the car properly, or update it at all.
