Clearing Seatbelt Fault Indications

While working on my car I made the mistake of inserting the key fob while I had the connectors under the drivers seat disconnected. Now I have continuous seatbelt and airbag/belt retractor indications. I assume a diagnostic bit in the ECU was set. Short of going to the dealer (which will be my very last resort) how can I clear these fault indications? Any recommendations for ECU scanning software? TIA
