Replaced in the last 8 months:
  • coils

I'm thinking this might be battery related.

i have no idea when the battery was last changed. I attached a picture if you guys might know how to read the battery production date.

I would look into the battery also. It looks like battery indicator is yellow (replace battery).

I can't tell the date but it's stamped on the top of negative thermal post. The code is a letter and a number. The month will be a letter, "A" represents January, "B" represents February and so on. The year will be the number, "8" would be 2008.

Yeah batteries do weird things. It seems right for end of life span.

Try using INPA or MHD to reset the adaptations for the throttle.

Bad battery will make the cars go nuts.
You get "Vegas" mode on the dash and error codes galore.

Large number of unrelated codes is often caused by a weak battery.

I gave you this advice on your last post but continuity check every wire that goes from the pedal and check the grounds I gave you a couple links to people with same solution. Start there. Don't do anything without new battery first

thanks for all the help everyone! seems that it was the original battery on a 2010.. I could only imagine what other maintenance has been avoided on this car.. and the 2D20 will be resolved with a new pedal
