E92-Lighting - M3 lip spoiler *short review*
Wassup,
I recently purchased an M3 lip spoiler rep from E92-Lighting and i must say my transaction with him was very pleasant. Communication was great, and shipment was fast considering it was coming directly from Taiwan. On to the pictures! Pre-Installation As you can see, the package was well labeled and the box was thick and stirdy. Nicely protected in foam wrapping and sealed in a clear plastic bag The spoiler had a good weight to it and the construction and paint work was solid. It also came with 3m tape preattached on the bottom. Closeup shot... but how well does it matchup with the car? You be the judge. Post installation The installation took me exactly 15min, i had to make sure to clean the trunk end and i used painters tape to create an outline for the spoiler as guildance so that both sides would align correctly. VERY EASY Close-up shot of how close it sits to the edge of the trunk. Tada! I say it matches up pretty damn good. I was glad that my transaction with E92-Lighting went smoothly. THANKS! Looks good. Did you use 3M tape?

i know what you mean, i was thinking about shaving it down a bit myself but that wouldve been a hassle being that the 3m tape was already attached. I believe OEM looks exactly the same.

I'll try to take some further away shots after work,
Clamps arent necessary at all, just be sure to align your spoiler correctly before peeling the backing off. What i did was peel one side, enough so that when i sit the spoiler on the trunk, it protrudes out, then continue peeling it while going down the spoiler. Once satisfied with fitment, just push down on it. The 3m tapes are pressure sensative. Last edited by crazytaiwanese; 10-18-2010 at 12:38 PM.. |
