Got mine yesterday. The hardest part of the entire 15 minute install was getting the two sides to lock together. Finally I started from the top and worked downward and it snapped in place. App works fine with my iPhone 4s and quick and easy setting changes. I think I may grab another for my wife's car.

I looked at the card that came with mine and actually found videos of the guy that tested it (maybe Korean dude)

Got mine pretty quick after ordering from amazon, like 3 days.
I'm excited to install this thing but unfortunately several of the plastic clips that hold the two pieces of the compartment together were completely broken off. Luckily, two were sitting in the bottom of the box so I superglued them back on. I also put glue on the other tabs so they may not break as easy. From what I can see, this is a one-time install because if you try to open the compartment again, tabs will break. I actually think I will need to find another solution to keep the compartment closed, such a zip ties, but I don't want it to look ghetto either. Can't say I'm too impressed with the quality of the product at this point but hey it's a $100 product from China. I'm sure I'll like it after it's all installed and I don't have to mess with it. Will post updates after the install |

Many thanks been following this for some time waiting to see how it works out. I have an E93 so need to see if this will fit since it is different than the other E9Xs. I have an A119 for my Jeep and a remote power connection yet to install. Best dash cam that looks stock in the Jeep but nothing like this set up. Soon as I can verify it will fit my E93 I will be ordering it immediately. Terrific capability.... |

Well it looks like the E93 uses the same rain sensor so I ordered mine. I am looking forward to having this installed. I guess I will be the first E93 to have one unless someone else on the forum can correct me.
Thanks Delmarco as I waited to see how this would turn out... |

I know most probably are not using the module, but I was curious if anyone has actually figured out what functions it adds.
From the listing: Extra Function from inteligent module: 1.Window Rolling Up by Key Buttons 2.Car air circulation 3.Intelligent Vehicle Seek 4.Warning to prevent emergency brake pumping So #1 is simple, and easy to add via coding. Just rolls windows up via the key fobs. #2 - ? #3 - ? #4 - Is this some kind of attempt at brake force display? |

Took 3 days (Amazon Prime) for me, too.
Amazon must have a cache of these -- since they currently promise delivery on Tuesday. Ordering directly from CYHY for the same price, "Arrives between June 30 - July 24." Here are the tracking highlights on mine: Friday, Jun 9 5:32 PM Package has left seller facility and is in transit to carrier Saturday, Jun 10 6:29 AM Shipment departed from Amazon facility San Antonio, TEXAS, US 11:15 AM Package arrived at a carrier facility Erlanger, KY, US 2:28 PM Package has left the carrier facility Erlanger, KY, US 5:05 PM Shipment departed from Amazon facility Allentown, PENNSYLVANIA, US Sunday, Jun 11 12:06 AM Shipment arrived at Amazon facility 5:25 AM Shipment departed from Amazon facility 7:19 AM Package transferred to USPS for final delivery 11:45 AM Out for delivery (About) 12:20 PM Hear USPS diesel, find package on front steps. The temperature getting up to 91 this afternoon, so I most likely will not install it today. Reflections so far: Very nicely boxed. In spite of the long and apparently complex and complicated pathway from China to my front steps, none of the tabs seem to be broken. The "plug and play" harness is included. The "mystery module" is included. The memory card is included (in camera). The fuse box wiring harness isn't. The tiny handbook is in English (sort of) now.

I like the auto close function of the black box. Windows down and sunroof open, lock the car and it closes all up on it's own.

Got the one in today for my wife's 328i. Install when without a hitch. Stick the key in, power on...... Magic electric smoke of death... Connections were all correct too.

Ordered mine through Amazon a week ago and was told don't expect it until July sometime. I didn't think Prime would be of any use given that delivery date...

According to the little booklet, working current is 180mA and standby is 5mA.
That's 0.18 amps /0.005 amps if I'm doing the math correctly. The Valentine-1 fuse is 1 amp. I think I have some 1 amp fuses and fuse holders around. Maybe I should splice one into the CYHY harness? I don't think I'll use the "mystery module". My car already has poltergeists and I don't want to wake them up.

Contacted them last night and had a response this AM. They refunded my purchase this morning and did not need me to return the package.
Seems like great customer service so far.

What car was that in? Did you install both in E9x cars? I noticed you have a 1 series in your garage.
