Coolant drain done? not sure - help needed

Hello guys
I just attempted a coolant drain on my N53( was a PITA). anyways I managed to drain the radiator via the drain plug and the water pump via those BMW metal clip style hoses. Upon measuring the water loss, I realised I had only drained about 5 litres of coolant, meaning there's about 4-5 litres of coolant still in the system. It would be super helpful if someone could guide me on how to drain rest of the coolant, do I have to loosen one of the screw type clamps or is there a BMW metal ''lock'' type hose somewhere in there that needs disconnecting. There is a pipe that goes into the engine block, just under the oil filter housing, if this pipe is removed would it drain rest of the coolant?

does the thermostat hold water as well?

You need to remove the hose off the thermostat as that will allow the rest of the coolant to drain I believe.

Do I have to take off the sway bar to get better access? I probably might be able to pull it off but putting it back on maybe very difficult

You can do it without removing the ARB but yes is slightly trickier with it in place.

What if I just unplug the radiator drain and run the bleeding procedure? will that not drain out everything?

Potentially yes but have never done it that way so can't answer for sure.

Find the drain plug on the side of the engine and let the rest drain from here, that should let all of it out.
