Aux Port

2009 E93.
Console usb not responsive. If plug into the aux port in the console, the system recognizes front aux active. Gives me a volume adjustent option, but no sound. Is this a bad mulf box?

If you have the 6fl option(USB) the Mulf is where the aux comes from .
Follow the wires .
Do the other sources play cd , radio and usb .
Do you have a pro radio or and idrive?

No professional radio. Yes to I-drive. Haven't put a disc in the cd player, radio and hard drive work great. Nothing from the usb in the console.

With a USB in the console and the Aux not working that is pointing
to the Mulf 2 Hi or Combox. (As they both come from there with the 6FL
option.)
