I have a JL 500/1v2 currently powering 2 SWS-8s. The amp is in good condition and runs fine. Cosmetically, the case has a few scratches...normal wear. The only problem with it is that the power and ground set screws were stripped. However I replaced them with 2 new bolts...They are not set screws they are bolts with the hex on top for a socket wrench. The head is exposed so you will need to cover them with some electrical tape. You could always just buy some set screws as well. I just used what I had.

Reason for sale: I want a 2-channel amp to power my SWS-8s in stereo with 150-200w per channel.
These are my options:

1) $200 Shipped Firm (No negotiations)
2) Trade for a 2-Channel amp with 150W - 200W per channel with in a similar price range. Shoot me an offer and I'll get back to you. IMPORTANT: The SWS-8s are 4ohm versions that i had run down to 2ohm in parallel. I need a 2-chan amp that will run 150Wx2 at 4ohm. (Or 200Wx2 at 4ohm)

Thanks for looking. I will have pictures up when I get my car back from the shop. (Hit a curb during the nor'easter we got hit with over the weekend...stupid. Shouldn't have taken her out.) Hopefully will have pics up by Saturday.
