E90 318i Halogen problem

The inboard Halogens light up with the column stalk flasher but not when high/low beam selected, can anybody give me a clue? Can't find a wiring diagram. Xenons working just fine.

Couple of possibilities, firstly if you run with front fog lights on all the time as some do, a quick flash via the stalk will show, but if you turn main beam on nothing should happen (given the car thinks you’re in fog).

Other possible area could be more electrical/module oriented but that’s just a guess or there’s an issue with the stalk/clockspring itself, again just guessing.
