Post N43B16AA, cold rev rattle

Hi, I'm asking for advice. After a cold start (at least a few hours) and revving up to approx. 2500 - 3000 rpm and releasing the accelerator, or when changing gear the engine starts to rattle (as in the video). CEL does not light up!. The rattling disappears after approx. 4 km of driving. It seems to me that the sound is coming from the intake camshaft or the intake. I've already tried removing the V-belt, replacing the timing chain (wheel vanos and solenoids) and chain tensioner, all the injectors, vaccum pump and the oil pressure control valve.

If you replaced all that and it's still doing it it could be the camshaft position sensor. It's more of a guess but I don't know what else could be at fault since you did all of that already.
