N43 Engine misfires and stalls sometimes on cold start

Hello!

Recently I've run into a pretty big issue with my N43 engine and I can't find the cause of it. So basically my care sometimes on cold starts misfires so bad that the engine dies, I connected ISTA and sometimes I get a misfire on cylinder 3 and sometimes on 3 and 4. I can keep the car running if I keep my foot on the gas pedal to keep the RPMs above 1.2k-1.3k until the engine warms up, then the car works perfectly. Until now I've changed all 4 spark plugs with new NGK ones (the ones specifically made for this engine), all 4 ignition coils (BOSCH ones because I've read on a forum that Delphi makes them worse, even though apparently that is the OEM supplier now and BOSCH was before that) and I've checked my injectors using ISTA and they look fine (injector 2 was a bit lazy but nothing too alarming). I hope someone can point me in a direction to find the cause of this because I imagine that my solution to keeping the car running until it warms up is not really that safe for the car.

Thanks in advance!
