Still available? Are these for stock/lowering springs, or need to be used with coilovers? They look pretty worn...any issues with them? Bolt heads and threads all good? Bearings? How much life can I expect to get out of them on a daily driver?

Still available. For Ohlins with 65mm springs only. 2-3 years on a car.
