1M Bumper

Good evening all!
I wanted to share my experience with getting a 1M bumper as it is commonly sought after for E90s, but hard to find. I'm not sure if someone had made this post before, but haven't looked

It took a little less than a month to get the bumper. I got it from Euros Motor Sports, pm for link if you want. I came in for install and it took 1-2 hours to complete. Paint is spot on, fitment is as well, and another plus are the brake ducts! I'll attach some photos below.

Looks freaking great! How much did you pay for the bumper itself, if I may ask?

While I think it does look very nice, I always peeve myself about how it's the "M Signature" bumper for these gens, on a non M car. Absolutely worse pet peeve about these cars are any sort of ///M badging, colored stickers, or specific parts(i.e. bumpers, M3 exhaust) on non-M cars because there are so many low-effort posers out there who try to pretend to be something they aren't. Sucks to have genuine enthusiasts be grouped into those people...

But in all honestly that is very tasteful and I hope you enjoy it, besides the aforementioned it really does look great.

Press F for the sad 1M who lost his bumper, it will live on!!

I 100% agree with the whole pet peeve with the whole M ordeal, but I feel like it is a bit more acceptable to have the 1M bumper than M3. Do not worry though, I will not put an M badge on it I wanted to get the Mtech bumper, but I thought the 1M looked much better and is less common

Might as well, right? They are unique that's for sure! Gotta go for the train horn next!

For sure, very uncommon compared to other choices. I recently damaged my OEM bumper on the left side by pulling out over a high parking curb... Completely ripped the bumper clips out right under the left headlight.....

It's beat to shit though with previous owner license plate holes, cracks, paint chips, scuffed on the sides. Trying to figure out how I can get insurance to cover an M-Tech from **********s. Would they cover something like that? Never had to make a claim before.

EDIT: Why is that shop censored?

:
I'm not sure if insurance would cover it It'd be great if it did. I can recommend a place to get your bumper from though! Much cheaper than the vendors I've looked at.

Its just my personal opinion, no right or wrong in having either one.
