Did you include cold weather package? You can see in the pics it has heated seats

OP, you're 19 and have a trouble free BMW. Why, why sell it, and get something you know nothing about. A bad BMW can put you in deep, deep doggie do.

Also, if you can't get above 4000 rpm in third, you may have a problem.

But, hey, the best time to make mistakes, which is how you learn, is when you're young.

Exactly what ef3oh said... my car is trouble free after a year of driving it and a lot of money! As I said before this time around I would do a lot more maintenance myself, I have been helping my friend with his m52 In his e46 doing vcg, fuel pump, and a few other things. It's not a question of how much money I spend. If I was concerned about that I would buy a Camry. I love my car. Everything about it, excluding the transmission. I am going to check the car out this weekend and will report back

Trouble free is a lose term..
I consider mine trouble free.. Had rear tires that ate the inner inch of tread.. Had coils that tried to kill the car with 18v+ spikes... I think my definition of trouble is something i cant fix..

As I said, make your mistakes now, not later. I certainly did!

I think this highly depends on what the other car needs. If you're resourceful you can get your hands on a 6 speed manual from an xi car for less than 300 bucks with many related parts and a sport interior for dirt cheap to put in your car.

Maybe the other car needs more work than it would be to put a manual into yours that has basically no issues.

I don't agree with that , successfully manual swapping these cars is way easier said than done. This is my daily we're talking about, I don't have access to a lift just my driveway. You need so many parts to manual swap everybody who does do it usually buys a parts car and that's not in the question right now. If the hot side of the motor is soaking wet and the thing has 30 codes (yes I have a code reader) then I won't get it. But I'm going to throughly inspect it because it is a nicer car than mine, and my warranty is out in 18k miles.

Nicer in what respects.. I thought this was a manually vs auto with all equal.. Auto more luxury and value.. Standard fun and lose value..
