So, if you are an sponsor you have to pay $250 but if you are a member is free?

What is the need of charging sponsors for this? Why don't we submit the photos and let the E90Post community vote and the top 12 photos go into the calendar? I really don't see the point in charging sponsors for this. Regardless, it should be something that we all vote on and not that somebody pays to be in it regardless if it is a sponsor or not.

No but if a member is selected and is sporting our wheels wouldn't that be free advertisement? Trust me, $250 is not a problem especially for the kind of marketing this can do but what I don't want is 12-pages of paid advertisement

. I would love to see our vehicles in the calendar but I would prefer it to be more of a voting decision than a paid advertisement. Either case, count us in.

Exactly!! For a sponsor its a form of marketing their products.

Hi, Originally I wanted member to be "more" Involved, and they have done a great job so far! However the fact is "Voting" does not make it a better Calendar. If someone likes the car, but the photo is bad quality, or another flaw with artwork occurs, the quality could be jeapordized. IF THERE ARE CARS I MISSED, OR YOU HAVE NOT TAKEN PHOTOS YET... PLEASE NOMINATE, AND SHOOT ASAP.

The Goal is to publish a Top-quality calendar for us to all enjoy at work, in the garage, or home. Having "sponsors", allows me to raise the quality. Otherwise, I am taking on a lot of upfront Expense. I am not going over board with advertising all over. It will be a logo with contact info on the Grid Part (approx. 1.75" x 11").

I plan to make a 1,000- some will be given away for contributors and sponsors. That leaves me with 750 pieces to sell. If I sell anything less than650; Im out money. <--- This includes The sponsorship $ too.
