Read, for understanding, ALL of the words I used. Oh. I almost forgot...what I think doesn't matter. What does the actual data say? Not the model that is pointed in the direction the scientists want it to go.

Shakedown of corporate America in order to pay for infrastructure that the State isn't willing to pay for by raising taxes.

They fired their cannons a lot and created the first temperature excursions that caused global warning.

You seem to be getting a bit riled up and are offering prepared statements towards a simple question to clarify your thoughts. I guess I didn't realize we were already in the middle of an argument about it.

My thoughts are quite clear and I meant the words I typed. Please read carefully.

People with pea brains are the ones that can't comprehend that no one is arguing about whether climate change or global warming is happening. The argument is about the cause and if it is anthropogenic climate change or not.

That is quite the big complicated looking word. Very impressive. So, I had to look it up and it does not seem be used in the correct context. It seems to slightly miss. Anybody else have a big word to describe human influence on climate change?

Dyson sphere needed to control the temperature of the Earth. Not sure a ringworld would really provide that level of solar control. Would still live there, if just to hit a baseball through my neighbor's window ABOVE my head

My mistake - I used the wrong word in my haste - I meant anthropogenic climate change. Sorry

Dyson spheres go around the sun, not the planets. At least in all the literature I've read

This. The advantage is to provide thousands of times of more living area for the inhabitants of the sphere with the star being a boundless energy source.

The reason I asked you to clarify, and here you finally did, is that you (maybe) would not believe how many people deny that it's even happening to start with, regardless of the reason and are indeed arguing what you just said that no one is arguing. I've seen so many different boards with P&N sections full of conservatives (not all conservatives think it, but all that think it are conservatives) that DO NOT believe we are warming at all and that the whole thing is indeed a hoax, all of it. Perhaps you just meant this particular board.

But Dyson spheres don't work without artificial gravity. The Ringworld is spun for gravity. And has a thousand mile high wall on each side to keep in the atmosphere. That should please the trump supporters.
