E90 Suspension (King springs oem?)

Might be stupid question but did BMW ever do a deal with king springs to use their springs on e90s?

Reason i ask is because i have 2 e90s (one msport and one non msport) the msport is never going to see the road again unfortunately so trying to get what bits i can off it.

The non msport one came with some pretty slammed looking rear end (i hate it) so i thought id swap them out for the msport gear.. But then i found both cars have king springs..

KBRL-36 in the rear
KBFL-35 in the front

I thought maybe this was an OEM deal but i've heard some say King Springs are generally an aftermarket thing only.. What are the chances i buy 2 cars that both got kings put on them at some point?

Also have questions about struts (lowered vs standard) as both cars struts are blown out and I'm about to have a baby in the car so id like my ride to be a bit more comfortable.. ideally without giving up the low look but i'll do it if i have to
