Nice M6 buddy!
Good to see you're still alive .. I'm arranging go-karting soon. Be good if you can come along and say hello! Be nice to see your car. I'm still in the 335d so nothing to report personally, though ... Dave

Dave,
Long time no see. How's it all going? Good to hear you've still kept the 335D. They were and still are amazing machines. Do miss them! Be up for go karting for sure. |

Been doing loads behind the scenes and atm don't have much time to go into detail but a quick overview includes:
- Full boot retrim using real alcantara including upper boot trim - New wheels purchased from ArtInMotion, USA - they arrived about 1.5months ago so I've mounted tyres and kept them in storage for show season 2017 - New winter wheels (Schmidt Xs5) purchased 2 days ago having sold the Avant Gard M355 - I've also purchased new coil packs, fuel injectors, bushes and a sprint booster so when I do some maintainance in the new year I'll be keeping these things in mind Just a couple of pics I took on my new winter wheels, The concavity rocks! That's the issue with gloss balck wheels but I had such a great deal on these from a friend that I couldn't pass up on them especially since I sold my replica winter wheels just in time! |

I've also just recently replaced the clutch and flywheel - out of warranty - and done an oil/filter change. Next up is the transmission fluid - want to keep this running sweet and happy!

Back to mods as it's always more exciting than maintenance, here a few pics of summer rims and how they look when mounted. Note that the most recent change is that the rear tyres are 295 30 not 25 so this has resulted in a much meatier stance and after I'm done with few tweaks I'll be exactly where I need it to be so watch this space.
I am going tonight to collect a few panels from the retrimmer as the pic in this batch shows carpet but I've now gone ahead with alcantara. On the Performance BMW stand at Ultimate Stance Collected after getting her detailed end of October How the boot looks in terms of design and layout but substitute carpet for alcantara New Wheels which I ordered arrived in the post few weeks ago They are 20" ArtInMotion Wheels custom made to my exact specs and finish, which isn't a purple or grey finish as it seems. Different lights show diff finishes but its actually a Titanium Brushed finish And these are the new winter wheels you saw in the previous post that were bought from the owner of this M6, who is now supercharged |
