People need to remember it's not just me(the OP) that has been scammed. Also you say "MAY HAVE SCAMMED" and thats not the case. He scammed me and he has scammed others in the past still with no resolution after months! I love the people that stick up for scammers. It's so obvious you haven't read the entire thread.

Not saying you weren't scammed by this guy...however threatening him to trash his name across every bimmer forum on the net was probably not the best way to handle the issue...

I'm not doing a charge back cause then paypal won't help me at all. Shit I might even have issues with paypal after that. I will give him a chance to live up to his refund tomorrow and then I will escalate the claim with paypal and let them know I never received anything and that this guy is a scammer. They will side with me for sure and if they don't then I will do the charge back.

what are you waiting for? Just file for claim at paypal. When I deal with seller like these I do it right away. If I don't get my money back I file with my credit card. Luckily so far paypal didn't suspend or close my account. Even if they did, I would just register with a new credit card/email/address
