Window regulator please help me

My window goes down 30% when I put it all the way up . Even after I did the coding I seen on YouTube . Can anyone please help me

Can you move the window up/down by hand? if you can its the regulater, pretty cheap, and easy repair

That's what I changed out I bought the regulator and installed it but not
It does this .. would you know how to fix it

Yes I bought it from a pick a part place
