Interestingly, she wasn't charged with rape or criminal sexual assault.

"Samatha Ray Mears, 19, faces six new charges, including aggravated burglary, assault with a weapon, unlawful restraint, partner family member assault and two counts of criminal mischief. In April, she was charged with felony strangulation for allegedly assaulting the same victim.."

No charges filed for peeing on her boyfriend's bed either.

Maybe it's a typo or he's seven years older. If it's the latter that's a little sketch unless they just started dating recently.
