Anyone know torque spec for these 2 bolts?

Hare are bolts marked in red here. Seems to be leaking not sure if it's because O ring or incorrect torque or a mix of both. Picked up a OEM O ring for it and just want to make sure I will torque them accordingly.

On a side note, anyone who took those out, did you notice these damn bolts difficult to screw back in?

I don't see a torque value in the Bentley manual.

Attached from Fastenal's calculator.

If your having an issue threading, you may want to chase the threads, hate to brake a bolt.

Ok. I was more worried in torquing for the O ring and leaking but I'll torque them down to about 8-10 Ft lbs.

As for chasing threads, I did not know what that was just looked it up and yeah I don't know tho, visually the bolt threads seemed ok.
